Foyer and Bar

The bright and spacious foyer is one of the largest floor spaces in Cambridge. It is ideally suited to holding exhibitions and receptions, and also provides a convenient space for the registration of your delegates. There is a possibility that events happening simultaneously will share the use of the foyer, but this should be discussed at an early stage of booking.

The foyer also contains a fully licensed bar which is available on request, either as a cash bar or to provide a limited range of drinks and snacks for small receptions. For further information on catering, please see the designated catering page.

Computer Room

Housed in The Faculty of Music's Centre for Music and Science, this invaluable resource can be hired for an additional charge. 8 Apple iMacs with Microsoft Office provide your delegates with access to the Internet and printing facilities throughout your conference, and wireless networking is also available.

Recital Room

The Recital Room provides a large and versatile space suitable for many uses. Its flat wooden floor and flexibly curtained walls make it ideal for seminars or lectures for up to 100 people, or as an additional exhibition or catering space.
