MagSoc Orchestra and Chorus

Join us for the highlight of MagSoc's termly calendar, our Lent Concert at West Road Concert Hall. The MagSoc orchestra will open the concert with the overture to Dame Ethel Symth's opera, The Wreckers, followed by Florence Price's dazzling Symphony No. 4. After the interval, the orchestra will be joined by the MagSoc Chorus for Gabriel Faure's much-beloved Requiem, followed by a joyous performance of Zadok the Priest by Handel. Each half will be 40-50 mins, and the concert is expected to finish around 9:30pm.
