From a concert drinks reception using our in-house bar, to a full day of catering for conference clients using University approved caterers, we can deliver for your event. Whichever route you choose, the cost will be added to your final invoice.

The Concert Hall crush bar is usually open 30mins in advance and during the interval of all performances. We can also offer self-serve drinks receptions, and if you're looking to serve a special bottle we'll be able to arrange that too!

West Road Concert Hall only has a small kitchen which forms part of the bar area and is not suitable for general use. Individuals are welcome to bring their own food for personal consumption, and for group catering the approved caterers are able to ensure that all food safety standards are met.
