Collegium Laureatum are delighted to present a selection of some of Vivaldi’s choral and orchestral works which are less frequently performed. This version of the Gloria (RV588) features five soloists and in particular an operatic Introduzione for alto soloist, which will be performed by Alexandria Moon. The choral works will be interspersed with orchestral concertos including one for two oboes, soloists Janny Sewell and Hilary Hymas.

more about Collegium Laureatum

Collegium Laureatum (Society of Graduates) was founded in 1974 by Don Neville as an informal madrigal group of graduate students, fellows and friends of Corpus Christi College. Despite the fact that the choir has largely become town rather than gown, this distinctive name has been retained.
